Carnegie Library Reading Room Interior Students StudyingThe formal dedication of the renovated Carnegie Library Reading Room, with remarks by special guest, Chancellor Kent Syverud, will take place on Monday, March 17 at 3:30 p.m. in the Carnegie Library at Syracuse University.

This event follows on an informal ribbon-cutting that took place on January 13, the first day of classes this semester. On that day, the front doors to Carnegie Library opened for the first time since 1972.

Speakers will showcase the many improvements that have taken place over the last two years, present some plans for the future, and recognize the contributions of those involved in this complex renovation project.

If you will be able to attend, RSVP by March 12 to Kelley Parker at kapark01@syr.edu or at 315-443-5533.
