ProQuest downtime scheduled for Feb. 28th

ProquestOn Saturday, February 28, 2015, ProQuest will be upgrading its systems infrastructure to improve performance, security, and overall reliability of its products. The window will begin at 10 p.m. and will last for five (5) hours.

During this time, access to the ProQuest products listed below will not be available and users will be re-directed to a webpage explaining the scheduled maintenance:

Emerald Insight downtime on Friday evening, January 9

emeraldEmerald’s research platform, Emerald Insight, will be down for scheduled maintenance on Friday, January 9, 2015, between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.. During this maintenance window, Emerald Insight will be unavailable for up to 2 hours. You will receive a ‘connection timeout’, or similar message if you access the website during this time frame. Please note that this may also affect some functionality on www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com.

 

 

 

 

SRDS downtime from December 26-29

Beginning on Friday, December 26, SRDS will undergo scheduled network infrastructure and security maintenance. All SRDS.com services on the web (including SRDS DirectNet) will be unavailable until Monday, December 29.

The vendor will post updates to Twitter @SRDS. Check-in there to keep up-to-date on when everything is back up and running.

ProQuest databases down on Saturday, June 14, beginning at 10 p.m

ProQuest databases will be unavailable for several hours, beginning at 10 p.m on Saturday, June 14, for system maintenance. They include:

– ProQuest
– Proquest Support Center
– ProQuest Dialog
– ProQuest Genealogy
– ProQuest Congressional
– ProQuest Digital Microfilm
– Refworks

They are expected to return to service by 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 15.
