The Arts & Humanities Services Department, located on the 4th floor of E.S. Bird Library, is currently exhibiting “Home Front America, 1941-1945.” This display features Library and personal items related to the happenings in the States during World War II. Topics examined include rationing, civil defense, the role of women, popular entertainment, Victory gardens, war bond drives, and transportation. The display will remain up through the holidays.
