Ever find yourself wandering the library in search of a good place to study, especially during the mad rush leading up to finals? Constantly on Facebook or Twitter? Bird Library’s Learning Commons (LC) is launching its premiere social media contest just for you! Enter to win a chance to receive your own reserved table in the library (up to four hours every week) for the entire last month of classes.
Entering is easy, and there are multiple ways to participate! All you have to do is one (or more) of the following between now and March 29th:
- “Like” the LC on Facebook and respond to one of our contest questions;
- Follow the LC on Twitter and respond to the questions we’ll be posting there, using the official contest hashtag: #sulccontest;
- Post a comment on our newly-launched LC blog.
The contest will run from March 18th through March 29th and is open to currently-enrolled Syracuse University students. Faculty and staff of Syracuse University are not eligible to participate. No purchase necessary to enter, play, or win a prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the contest sponsor. No substitutions are allowed.
All qualified participants will be entered into a random prize drawing and winners will be notified by April 1st. One grand prize winner will have use of a reserved library table in the Learning Commons for a four-hour block of time (of their choosing) each week from April 1st through the end of finals. A handful of runners-up will receive some free library swag, including USB flash drives and other raffle prizes.
